Mobile rates tend to suck at the best of time, due to the stranglehold the
telcos have on that part of the market.  However, for local and
inter-capital calls, oztell is hard to go past.

I pay $2.95/month and get 12c for up to 60 mins to any of the mainland
capitals.  In addition, national and international rates are typically
2c/min.

As for those pesky mobiles, they're still up around the 30c/min (for OZ
mobile numbers), which is what I've seen with all the VoIP providers I've
looked at.
