Linux email virus scanner??

Hi People,

What virus scanners are around for Linux (Fedora Core 3) that will scan 
outgoing email
from Mozilla Thunderbird?

On my windows xp box I run symmatec anti virus which works well but now 
that I have
migrated all my email activities over to linux I would like to offer the 
protection to my
email receiptants as well.
