Meeting

I often think of coming to the meeting as there is so much I want to 
learn.  But what is on this time?  Has anything been organised or is it 
just going to be a disorderly shambles as it was at the only meeting I 
have attended?

Now please don't savage me and say  ...well what are YOU going to do 
about it....

I would be happy to contribute if I thought that I had something to 
offer that would interest those who usually attend.  I just don't know 
what level of talk/demo is wanted nor what length of time a contributor 
should plan for.  Is there always a projector available and should one 
bring a laptop etc. etc.  Is there a particular person who considers 
ideas and plans ahead for future meetings?

Perhaps some sort of structure would be beneficial.  Say 30 mins on 
news/developments 30 mins on problems people have with suggested 
solutions from the more knowledgable people 30 mins talk/demo of new 
distro and so on.  Just some suggestions off the top of my head.
