WP is often considered as whingepool, but you get the good and the bad. It
is very rare to see a bad thread on Westnet; if there is one, it is usually
because of some basic user misunderstanding and it is often cleared up
pretty quickly. Most ISP threads have a share of both good and bad, but TPG
threads are very negative most of the time; yes, there is sometimes some
happy TPG customers, but they are much harder to find than they should be.

As I said, try another and you might understand. My first ADSL was TPG and
due to the problems I had, I was forced to find another ISP -- I have never
looked back. The many horror stories about TPG on WP are most often well
founded and are far too common; if you were looking at only 5% of the bad
reports 'as gospel', let alone 50%, then that would be much more than enough
to put you off.

Kind Regards
