If you are talking about accessability for disabled people and you want
to follow some guidelines probably the UK laws and guidelines that
govern accessability will help you to design a site that covers the
usage by blind people etc. That's if yu are interested in avoiding any
problems in the future caused by legislation brought in by the Aus gov.
