Why were they ("the powers that be") irritated by interest in the link. Did they invest resources in developing the package so that it could then be witheld from use? Maybe they only did it to prove that nobody would be interested in downloading it if it was made available. Alas, people were interested and it it had to be pulled. Maybe it slipped under the radar of someone involved in IT procurement and in the pocket of MS. Once the masters brought it to his/her attention and threatened to pull next month's tickets to Fiji, it was pulled. Then again, maybe it was make work for someone in IT who was bad and had after hours detention. It was never intended to see the light of day. I wonder if this will ever get to mainstream media.
