So, Therefore Cat, you should go to http://easyurpmi.zarb.org and follow the bouncing ball. In another desktop have a Console opened as root and when you get to step 3 just copy and paste the command line output to your console. It will set up your software sources for you and so all you need to do then is #urpmi kernel-source and hit enter, it should take care of that for you.
