There are plenty of options, Exetel has more than their fair share of 
knockers, but they have over 40,000 customers and overall they are doing

It is hard to knock Internode either, they are also an option that I can 
offer -- but usually the Exetel product is far more than adequate for most 
and far cheaper with static IP and no port blocking whatsoever.
