Meet and greet @ Universal would be a good way to go, maybe something 
for a non meeting week?.  Universal Pizza sessions started up when we 
were still in Fitzroy, and it was literally a 10-15 minute walk.  Now 
it's somewhat longer, though when I have made the trip, I haven't 
really taken a lot of notice, it's much shorter than any limitations 
I have (probably best not to ask what a "short stroll" is these 
days!)... ;)  And I think I can make the trip in 20-25 mins, even now. :)
