Artistic(graphics)-assistance please!

Thanks Eric, I have also used that method in the past with very much 
amateur results)
  As this Application is now some 5 years on it is hoped to add that 
little bit of "polish" to its presentation hence the attempt to find 
someone with  artistic "Flair" who can input that little bit extra.
