Thanks Sam and all responses. One more question, I guess the DVD is
connected to one of /dev/hdX which can be linked to /dev/dvd. But, how
can I check which /dev/hdX is connected to my DVD device? I tried to use
cdrecord to generate following information, but still cannot figure out
which of /dev/hdX is used by the dvd device.

./cdrecord -scanbus
scsibus0:
         0,0,0 0) 'LITE-ON ' 'DVDRW SOHW-1673S' 'JS05' Removable CD-ROM
         0,1,0 1) *
         0,2,0 2) *
         0,3,0 3) *
         0,4,0 4) *
         0,5,0 5) *
         0,6,0 6) *
         0,7,0 7) *

Thanks.
