Disk imaging recommandations

Does anyone have any particular recommendations for a disk imaging 
tool for copying a Windows/Linux dual boot hard disk?

I have an old laptop which is a dual boot Windows/Linux system in 
which the hard disk looks like it's dying (I haven't fired it up for 
a while, been waiting until I had a replacement drive).  The hard 
disk is setup as a dual boot Windows 98 and Linux (FC3).  While I 
could reinstall the Linux side of the box without too much drama 
(there is some specialised software, but that and its key data are 
easily reinstalled).

What I'm looking for is a live CD preferably, that can take an image 
of the disk and dump it to a file (most likely on a Windows share - 
have an XP box with sufficient free space), and then reverse the 
process onto the new disk.  The laptop has no on board NIC, I have to 
use a USB NIC (which works fine under Linux).

Any ideas?
