Re: CDROM drives

Hola, Todos!

I have been working for some time on a project taking the computers
"obsoleted" by businesses and schools, loading them with Linux and
giving them out to students and the community at large for free.

I just got a donation of 140+ PCs, all with plenty of juice to run Antix
 Linux, but I have a problem - they don't have either diskette drives or
CDROM drives.

This not only makes loading the new operating system problematic, it
limits the utility of the computers for students, who need to be able to
save their homework to disc or diskette and bring it to class.

Any leads you can give me on CDROM drives, anywhere between dirt cheap
and free, are appreciated.
