  Does the 2500 have all 3 power supplies and both CPU's?!

  It has two 5 1/4 drive bays.  You could put in a couple of SATA drives.  I 
use drive cartridges.

  I've recently acquired one of these (only 1 CPU), as well.  If you lift 
the drive fans out, so that it is vertical, you can slide it toward the 
front of the case and pop it out.  Then open the drives so they aren't 
connect to the backplane (or take them completely out).  This would allow 
you to mount SATA drives there.
