Yes, It is certainly to be a one-many. There is a thought that under certain circumstances, desktop 
sharing would be passed around as the trainer and the trainee look at what the trainee is doing.

My user group is oriented around a particular software development tool. If the training is 
delivered using the tool, there are beau-coup prestige points to be awarded.

I see I'm not the only person who codes while in pain. Hope you're feeling better soon.
