Wow!  

You can get the Windows LAN driver from Intel's website. Probably the
easiest way is to find the info page for your motherboard and select
support then downloads there, unless there is a discrete link for
drivers/software.  

You can also order the I/O shield from Intel, too. I apparently didn't
save the link (or it's so buried I can't find it) but look for "Intel
Store"
