Newegg allows user reviews - even when you didn't buy the item from them 
- so you can get some idea. However, I used an ATA66 to ATA133 
Highpoint-system way back when; it was incorporated into a Promise 
controller card. I didn't like it because the controller's bios made the 
boot-up excruciatingly long. Maybe that has improved. And I suggested 
the Koutech 64-bit PCI SATA II card (not the 32-bit) because your mobo 
has two 64-bit PCI slots, or so I read in the specs.
