I don't see the point of that reply. If you don't want it, don't use it. 
I'm hypothesizing a distro especially configured without permissions. As 
most Microsoft software is close-coded, it has taken me thousands of 
hours to whip XP into doing what **I** want, not what Microsoft wants. 
Linux is a dream in comparison, save for the permissions.
