Folks:

I'll save you all the other stuff and get to the question -

can one drive of a mirror created as a Concatenated Disk Device (CCD) be
read by Linux?

I don't need to read & write - just read.  Other factoids -

UFS file system -
SCSI dirves
not sure which version of FreeBSD or CDD software is in use - understand
the box to be about 4 - 5 yrs old.
