Ok. the Mailman configuration seems a bit confused.  The "Archives" link 
indeed seems to go to the incorrect page.

In any event, archives are usually only accessible to list members,  
unless the Site Admin makes them public.

Nevertheless, using the conventional Mailman layout as a basis....you 
can get to the (private) interface for the archives here;
