What is the standard format for audio books for media players

Ugh! I cannot remember which format media players associate with "audio
books." I know I've rolled some out before. I remember it was an annoyance
to convert my MP3 audio to "audio book" format, but I don't remember what it
was or what steps I went through to do it.
