Nokia will start shipping the N900 sometime this month.

I am a happy n810 user for the last 1.5 years. The n810 only has 2GB
built-in flash and a mini-SDHC slot, a slow processor and a limited audio
subsystem. (Also, 128MB RAM.) It has a fantastic 800x480 touch screen,
though.

The N900 has 32 GB built in, a micro-SDHC slot, 256 MB RAM + 768 RAM for
virtual memory, an upgraded audio system and a phone. It has the same
800x480 resolution, but a marginally smaller screen. Sweet. $650.00 is the
base price. You can preorder them at a small discount from Amazon.com.
Unfortunately, it's not spec'd for US wireless carriers, but I'm
understanding that it will work on some -- let me know what you learn if you
look.

If the response is significant to this device, Nokia will likely entertain
changing the wireless chipset to support more US carriers.
