odd XFS problems

Oops.  It went down again.
It appears that the XFS filesystem is going wanky.
I dunno why.
It is NFS mounted by many machines.  Windows.  Mac.
Media devices.

This time I ran xfs_repair from single user mode.
It did not seem to report anything unusual.
We'll see how it goes this time.
Anything I should look for in the logs?
