Content Management System suggestions?

  I've been maintaining our company intranet manually.  I'm interested in 
sharing the work involved in creating and maintaining the content.

  I've installed Joomla! and XOOPS on test machines to evaluate them.  Both 
use a separate interface for maintaining the content.

  Anybody know of a CMS that uses 'in-band' content management?
