Undeva in documentatie scrie "The topology table contains the
information needed ... ( blah) ... including:

- lowest bandwidth on the path to this destination that is reported by
the upstream neighbor.

lowest bandwidth ca acel bandwidth = minimum inversed real bandwidth *
2,56 * 10^12
deci trimite si bw, si load si delay si reliability si metrica la
construirea tabelei.
(dar, pot gresi)

deci corect ar fi ca in ambele capete sa fie valorile egale la un peer
si eventual cele reale.

in #sh ip prot, #sh ip eigrp topology <ip> <netmask> poate te-ar mai
lamuri :) plus cisc.com "Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol" ala
cu teoria, nu cu comenzile and stuff :)
