exista  cel putin 3 variante:
1) conf t
cmts-gl(config)#boot system tftp image.bin 192.168.0.10
192.168.0.10 ( ip tftp )
2) din rommon
xmodem , incarci imaginea prin seriala, o salvezi pe flash
3) din rommon boot-ezi cu imaginea din tftp:
rommon 1 >IP_ADDRESS=3D192.168.0.1 (router's ip address=A3=A9
rommon 2 >IP_SUBNET_MASK=3D255.255.255.0
rommon 3 >DEFAULT_GATEWAY=3D192.168.0.2(=A8pc's ip)
rommon 4 >TFTP_SERVER=3D192.168.0.2
rommon 5 >TFTP_FILE=3Dc3600-i-mz.120-7.T.bin ( image which you have copie=
d=20
into TFTP server)
rommon 6 >sync (save)
rommon 7 >set   (varify)
rommon 8 >tftpdnld  (download)and then select y
