Debian SIG Keysigning: Moved to 22nd

Due to the State Of Origin football match, Debian SIG's Keysigning[1]
has moved to the following _Tuesday_ - the 22nd, to coincide with the
OpenSkills[2] meeting.

If you have already submitted your key, and you will not be able to make
this keysigning, please email the address below, and I'll remove you
from the keylist.

If you want to attend, then please send a copy of your key to
[email protected]. I'll be accepting keys until Saturday.

I hope to see you all there.
