assuming we can get that room, we'll have a video codefest on Saturday,
woot!

Let me suggest a rough agenda:

10:00am setup
10:30am Overview of Video/audio stuff on Linux (Silvia)
             - SW to do video streaming
             - SW to do video publishing
11:00am diverse intro talks, e.g. DV capture, editing sw, annodex,
flumotion, icecast
             (Chris, Conrad?, Jeff?, lill-me, ...)
             while we try and set up some of this software
3:30pm share your experience - how did you go?
5:00pm wrap up
