Hello Serdar,

You don't mention what country you are from, but I would say to use your 
language skills and ethnicity to your advantage.  Network with your 
friends and relatives who have come before you, and consider looking for 
jobs in industries that do business with that country, or otherwise have 
a need or value for your specific experience.  My company recently 
needed a client-facing IT professional with specific technical skills, 
who is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese (and English).  Given the low 
unemployment now, we were very lucky to find someone after about 3 
months of searching - and Sydney has a high number of Chinese speakers.

This will make it much more palatable for a company to hire you even if 
your English isn't perfect, because you bring your additional language 
skills to the table.   In addition, a company that does business with 
your home country will be more likely to understand - and place stock in 
- your previous employment experience.
