The thing I don't like about VNC is when I press Alt-Tab it switches between the client's desktop taskbar menus. When in RDC fullscreen mode, Alt-Tab switches between your RDC session's/target desktop taskbar menus (instead of the client) and feels more natural. Imo you can't use Windows without Alt-Tab (!). > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of Voytek Eymont > Sent: Tuesday, 13 May 2008 1:31 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [chat] windoze remote desktop alternatives? > > > > On Tue, May 13, 2008 8:47 am, Serdar Sahin wrote: > > > One of the solutions is teamviewer, which can access behind routers > > without doing any configuration. > > > > Another solution is radmin which I use for years. > > > Hope this helps, > > Serdar, Dean > > thanks for suggestions, I've downloaded all three and will try each > > a question: how do I handle the host on a dynamic IP (Bigpond ADSL)? > > > -- > Voytek > > -- > SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ > Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html > > -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
