procmail users is archived at
http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.procmail  (gmane.org archives an awful
lot of public FOSS lists, it's always the first place to turn) and your
messages are there.

If you want to reply with headers intact, you could use an NNTP
newsreader, use server news.gmane.org and look at group
gmane.mail.procmail.
