Re: controlling kids access to xp box?

Open up the group policy for the machine (or domain, depending on your preference)

go to  

  user configuration
  windows settings
  script (logon/logoff)

set the "logon" script to some value of your choice (it must be in the group policy directory)

put what ever you need to do into the file, you can start a script that basically
knocks off a user after some time, using "logoff.exe" from the recource kit.
