I am fortunate enough to be working for a manager who does understand our obligations under the GPL, LGPL, MPL and other licenses of the software we use in our product. He too considers that copyright notice and the missing license document puts that card in the unusable basket. The really disappointing thing is that we have found three mini-pci cards; one Intel 2200 based, the VIA card and a RaLink RT2561 based card. The first has been EOLed and is no longer being manufactured, the second can't legally be used and the third I can't get working.
