html non std complaint emails?

I use Squirrel web mail client; whenever I get any emails from mynetfone,
Squirrel fails to decode html, and has like[1] and header [2]:

all other html emails gets processed properly by Squirrel,
I'm guessing the fault is NOT Squirrel, but, that mynetfone emails are non
standard complaint ? how can I determine where the fault lies ?
