Google blocking domains - conflicker?

Hi all At the UTs here it looks like Google is blocking all searches. I get this from my Linux and Windows boxes. My colleauge also gets this message so its occuring on 3 machines: "We're sorry... ... but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now." Is anyone else seeing this? I'm wondering if the conflicker virus is responsible and how far widespread this might be.
