I was due to pitch Ingress anyway. Thanks to ODBC, DBI, JDBC and friends, migrating from one DB to another is not as painful as it once was. Keep in mind 'not as'. But mysql's lack of advanced features certainly makes mysql -> post (or other) potentially less difficult than say an mssql -> post. Depending on how good/bad the developers were.
