I generally prefer something that can be randomly rebooted without fear 
of corruption. But your feature list is possibley more than what the 
likes of dd-wrt (or friends) can manage without assistance from a pc.

See my other email for a list of some firewall distributions. Try them 
out on a low power pc, add a UPS and lock it all away from meddling 
fingers. The urge to reboot as a proper troubleshooting tool is almost 
beyond resistance for many users.
