I can't say unequivocally, however I doubt you will have any 
problems. As long as its the same spec (DDR2 not DDR or 
DDR3) it should be fine.

The inability of the chips to respond to the clock within 
sufficient time, is why you can't put 667 Mhz chips on a 800 
Mhz bus.

Going the other way however (800 Mhz DDR2 dims in a 667 Mhz 
DDR2 memory system) should work fine, as the chips will be 
more than capable of meeting the timing requirements of the 
slower memory bus.

There shouldn't be any performance advantage to placing DDR2 
800 in a DDR2 667 memory bus, except that you may (BIOS 
permitting) be able to select a lower CAS latency.

So it really, to me would come down to cost and availability.
