Well with me at least, there is a chance that holes may have to be drilled through internal walls due to the door frames not being appropriate for running past, as the doors close and are a snug fit, so a licensed cabler would be preferred to deal with this I think.

I have done a lot of reading about those, and even under the best conditions, its not possible to achieve close to their supposed 200mbps speed, and since this is a 30 year old complex, I can't beus re the power circuits would give very good performance either.
