Fair enough. In my case (I have almost every room in the house connected with cat 5e) the datacablers were brought in by the electrician, who was in turn brought in by the builder who was doing the renovations - so all a bit remote. Did a good job though, including testing every connection. So I'd just asking your usual or some trusted electrician for a contact. He may even do it him/herself.
