SPAM is a far bigger problem than HTTP, even in respect of objectionable material, but SPAM hasn't 
got a mention. Perhaps someone realises that badly filtered email is far more likely to get noticed? 
Or perhaps the powers-that-be are being typically simplistic in their thinking?
