Voip balance to low

I had a problem with VOIP not working with my modem despite the same
modem worked with the same ISP before.  After a lot of to and fro I
found a whirlpool link that basically said 'change your password'.  It
worked!

I forwarded the link to the ISP, asking to pass to management to get
them to change their support documentation to include that suggestion.
The support people didn't understand. I doubt it will ever make the
manual for the support area.

So if you know someone that get 'your balance is too low' on a voip call
on a new setup, tell them to change their password.  Sounds silly but it
worked.
