google weirdness ?

one of the domain we run has the following problem

If you enter the following into google search bar:
site:domain.tld

It brings up all the indexed pages in rank order by google.

under the first listing which is domain.tld homepage, the title tag and
meta description is actually of another website.

If you look at page source you will see the correct title tag and meta data.

Also, if you click on the cached button on this listing, it will actually
bring up this other website...

Any insights??
