It's ridiculous. Today's spammers send millions of emails. Spammers on
fake ISP accounts and botnets send out emails constantly until blocked.
50-70 emails is a level which a legitimate user could be expected to
achieve ... sending out xmas cards to their friends or clients!

It might be UCE but it's not UBE, in today's terms, definitely a drop in
the bucket.
