yes, that toolkit does all that (plus I think some more)

I eventually managed to d/l Sygic's Aura street nav, after many, false
starts (d/l failing, corrupt, restarts, etc)
then, on screen buttons didn't accept input, anyhow, now it works, yet to
try it real life, it has 7 days time out;
but it looks very good and seems promising

(as long as GPS in my phone is comparable in performance and sensitivity to
my Holux GPS)

I'm still to figure out how to get 'vibe before ring' as my old
phone did; (but that's nothing to do with GPS)
