Mac Entourage mail self issued certificate import

I have a Mac with Entourage getting mail from self-certified Dovecot serv=
er;

Entorage complains about certificate, help screen to that says to drag th=
e
certificate onto keychain icon

which is what I've done, but, after Mac is restarted, it again complains
about certificate, after OKing, it's OK till after next power up

looking at the keychain application, I can see the entry for what I
dropped, but not sure what else I need..?

looking at the keychain application I can also see two previous
self-issued certificates from previous two mail servers, somehow, I was
able to have last two working fine, not sure what am I doing different
this time...?
