Android telnet with serial port / Bluetooth support

Question to the many Android experts, is there a telnet client with suppo=
rt for communication over serial port/Bluetooth?

I want to telnet over Bluetooth to device waiting with telnetd on Bluetoo=
th

On Palm, I have ptelnet*, but would prefer to use larger screen, larger c=
haracters, I've tried some, but, either i don't know how to set it up, or=
, basically, they all want host name, not port

Or is there some redirection possible?
