Correction: there have been changes, in 2002 (mostly around not needing
to give postal notice of certain things and being able to use email for
them). However I have no recollection of how we went about registering
the change so unfortunately this is just a factual correction, not
useful.

My understanding is that there may also be problems with copyright of
the older footage, that the speakers may not have signed an agreement to
release it, or, if they have, that the agreement might be lost.
