The last I heard of this was from Sridhar on the 25th September, and he

I really am not able to prepare a talk at such short notice. I could
possibly give the talk, but it would be completely unprepared.

HOWEVER Jeff is ready to do his talk... (he assures me, luckily he's
sitting right here).
