[activities] Nomination: Tim Ansell for Ordinary Committee Member

I'd like to nominate Tim Ansell for the post of Ordinary Committee
Member in SLUG.

Tim has been active in the FOSS community for several years, and is
clearly passionate about FOSS and furthering its use. He's organised
the Gaming Miniconf at linux.conf.au multiple times, and this kind of
experience will come in handy when planning SLUG events.
